1. Why this exists
Voltstrike is used by real sellers to run their business. These rules keep the service fast, fair and safe for all of them. By using the website, the application or the support chat you agree to follow them.
2. You must not
- Attack or overload the service — no flooding, denial-of-service, vulnerability scanning, brute-forcing logins, or attempts to access accounts, servers or data that are not yours.
- Bypass limits — no altering devices or accounts to bypass licence checks, and no tampering with speed tiers or licence checks.
- Copy or crack the application — no reverse-engineering, decompiling, modifying, redistributing or reselling Voltstrike, or building a competing product from it.
- Share your licence — a subscription is for your own computers only; do not share, rent or sell access.
- Send spam — do not use the application, its message templates or our support chat to send unsolicited advertising or bulk messages to Eldorado users or anyone else, and do not send offers or messages that misrepresent who you are or what you deliver.
- Abuse people — no threats, harassment, hate speech, spam or impersonation in the support chat or towards our team, and do not use the application to send abusive, misleading or spam messages to buyers.
- Commit fraud — no stolen or unauthorised payment methods, and no false chargebacks or payment disputes for a service you received.
- Scrape or copy the website — no automated collection of our pages, prices or content, and no copying our text, design or demo material.
- Break the law or Eldorado.gg's rules — you are responsible for how you use the application on your own Eldorado account.
3. What we do if these rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit features, block messages from you in the support chat, suspend or permanently close the account and linked computers, and refuse future sign-ups. Accounts closed for breaking these rules are not refunded. Attacks on our systems, fraud and threats may be reported to the relevant authorities and payment providers, and we keep the records needed to do so.
4. Security measures we use
To protect every customer we limit how many requests one connection can make, lock sign-in after repeated wrong passwords, tie licences to the computer they were set up on, and keep security logs (with IP addresses stored only as one-way hashes). Normal use is never affected by these limits.
5. Reporting a problem
Found a security issue or someone misusing Voltstrike? Tell us through the support chat on the website or in the app, or e-mail [email protected]. Responsible reports are appreciated and never penalised.
