Voltstrike is a desktop application and companion website that helps sellers on Eldorado.gg respond to boosting requests automatically, using prices, rules and message templates the seller sets. Voltstrike is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Eldorado.gg.
You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. When you create an account you confirm this and accept these Terms; we keep a record of that confirmation.
Voltstrike is sold as a monthly subscription. You can download and use the application only while your subscription is active. If the subscription ends or a payment fails, the application stops sending offers until it is active again; your prices and settings are kept.
The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe: in euros if you subscribe from a country that uses the euro, and in US dollars everywhere else. The payment page shows the exact amount and currency before you pay. It renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates at the current exchange rate; you are charged in the currency shown on the payment page. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing); the service stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards. If we change the price, we tell you by e-mail at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Refunds, including the 14-day cancellation right for UK and EU consumers, are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank; accounts may be suspended while a payment dispute opened without contacting us is pending.
One subscription may be linked to up to two computers at the same time. The licence is bound to those computers; copying the application's data to another machine does not work. You may not share, resell or sublicense your subscription, and you may not reverse-engineer or modify the application.
Every offer and message the application sends is sent from your Eldorado account, with your prices and your words. You are responsible for those offers, for fulfilling the orders you win, and for complying with Eldorado.gg's own terms and rules. Voltstrike is an independent automation tool used on a marketplace we do not control: Eldorado.gg's rules may restrict automated tools, and Eldorado.gg may limit or suspend accounts at its own discretion. Whether and how you use the application on your account is your decision — please read Eldorado.gg's terms before you do. You must not use the application or its message templates to send unsolicited advertising or spam to Eldorado users. Voltstrike never sees your Eldorado password or session; the application signs in to Eldorado on your own computer.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: do not attack or overload the service, bypass licence limits, crack or resell the application, harass our team or buyers, or commit payment fraud.
We work to keep the service running around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Eldorado.gg may change its website at any time, which can temporarily affect how the application works; we update the application as quickly as we can. We may improve or change features and update these terms. We announce material changes on the website or by e-mail; a change that reduces your rights applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltstrike is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, account actions taken by Eldorado.gg, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt to bypass licence limits, open fraudulent payment disputes, or abuse the service, our team or other people. Accounts closed for these reasons are not refunded.
Voltstrike, its application, website, design and content belong to us and are licensed to you, not sold. Eldorado.gg and the names and logos of the games shown on this website are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used only to describe which games and marketplace the tool works with and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there or in England and Wales. If something goes wrong, please contact us first through the support chat or by e-mail — most problems are solved the same day.
