Voltstrike is a desktop application and companion website that helps sellers on Eldorado.gg respond to boosting requests automatically, using prices, rules and message templates the seller sets. Voltstrike is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Eldorado.gg.
You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
New accounts can start a free trial of 3 days without entering a card. The trial is limited: a fixed number of offers, a delay before each offer, and ready-made price sheets. One free trial is allowed per computer, regardless of how many accounts are created. When the trial ends the application stops sending offers until you subscribe.
The subscription is billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates at the current exchange rate; your card is charged in US dollars. You can cancel at any time from your account; the service stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards. Payments already made are generally not refunded, except where the service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault or where the law requires a refund.
One subscription may be linked to up to two computers at the same time. The licence is bound to those computers; copying the application's data to another machine does not work. You may not share, resell or sublicense your subscription, and you may not reverse-engineer or modify the application.
Every offer and message the application sends is sent from your Eldorado account, with your prices and your words. You are responsible for those offers, for fulfilling the orders you win, and for complying with Eldorado.gg's own terms and rules. Voltstrike never sees your Eldorado password or session; the application signs in to Eldorado on your own computer.
We work to keep the service running around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Eldorado.gg may change its website at any time, which can temporarily affect how the application works; we update the application as quickly as we can. We may change features, prices or these terms with notice on the website or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltstrike is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, account actions taken by Eldorado.gg, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, attempt to bypass trial or licence limits, or abuse the service.
