Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We keep as little as the service needs. We never see your Eldorado password or session. We do not sell data and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

2. What we store about your account

• Email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google we receive only your email address and a Google account identifier.
• Your settings: prices, rules, message templates, optional proof photos, language and currency preference.
• Subscription state from Stripe (active, trial, period end). Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Linked computers: a one-way hash of a hardware identifier and the token that identifies the application, so the licence is bound to your computers. The hash cannot be turned back into hardware details.
• Activity log for your account (sign-ins, settings saved, pairing events) so you can see what happened.

3. What the application does on your computer

The Voltstrike application runs on your own computer and signs in to Eldorado.gg there, in a browser window on your machine. Your Eldorado credentials and session stay on your computer. The application sends us only its status (running, connected, counts of requests and offers) and fetches your settings from us.

4. Website visits

To see how the website is used we record page views with a random visitor cookie, a salted hash of the IP address (the raw IP is not stored), an approximate country, the page visited and the referring site. This is kept on our own server and is not shared with anyone.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for signing in (session and CSRF protection), remembering your language and currency, and the visitor identifier described above. There are no advertising cookies.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data you enter on its checkout page. We receive the subscription status and a customer reference, not your card number.

7. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider (server in Germany), Stripe (payments), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in) and an IP-to-country lookup service that receives the IP address alone. We do not sell or rent personal data.

8. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Visit statistics are deleted after 400 days. You can ask us to delete your account and all data at any time through the support chat or Discord; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the support chat on the website or on Discord at thecoldone9.

10. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we announce it on the website or by email before it takes effect.
