Every new customer can use Voltstrike free for 3 days without entering a card, so you can see it working with your own Eldorado account before any payment is taken.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page (Manage billing). Nothing else is needed and no reason is required. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed afterwards. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment. Because you ask us to start the service immediately when you subscribe, the refund covers the unused part of that first period: we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate charge for the days you had the service. To use this right, send us a message through the support chat within the 14 days and tell us you want to cancel.
Outside the cases above, payments for a period that has already started are not refunded. This includes periods where you chose not to run the application, orders you did not win, or actions Eldorado.gg took on your Eldorado account. Accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, in US dollars, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first — most issues are solved the same day. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
